Mr. Liu Honglin, born in March 1985, now serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors and General Manager of the Directors Board Office of the Company and received a master's degree. Ms. Fu Lina, born in May 1981 and a public figure without party affiliation, now serves as Employee Supervisor and Senior Director of Social Responsibility of the Company, with a bachelor's degree. Ms. Fu Lina served successively as the Training Manager of Xi'an Lucky International Travel Agency Co., Ltd., Brand Manager of Shanghai Nine Dragon Tourism Co., Ltd. and General Manager of the Department of Marketing and Cooperation Development of Zhejiang Nine Dragon Development Co., Ltd. Ms. Jiang Hongzhen, born in May 1979, now serves as Independent Director of the Company and is the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Koguan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, with a Doctor of Law degree; she is the Associate Editor of the Journal of Shanghai Jiao Tong University - Philosophy and Social Science and Executive Director of the Compliance Research Center. Ms. Jiang Hongzhen was rated as the scholar of the SUSI Program of the US Department of State and the scholar of the "Dawn" Program in Shanghai. She also serves as a member of the National JM Education Steering Committee, governing member of the China Administrative Law Society, standing director of the Rule of Administrative Law Sub-committee of the China Behavior-law Association, member of the Specialized Committee for Government Regulation of the China Administrative Law Society, member of the Specialized Committee for Case Study of the China Administrative Law Society and Secretary General of Administrative Law Studies Institute of Shanghai Law Society. Ms. Jiang Hongzhen had visited the University of Cambridge, the University of Massachusetts and the University of Chicago. She published many academic papers in Chinses and English journals, such as Social Sciences in China, Chinese Journal of Law, China Legal Science, University of Pennsylvania Asian Law Review, Computer Law & Security Review and Information Development, and led many research projects, such as projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, special projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and projects funded by the Humanities and Social Science Fund of the Ministry of Education. She also published a monograph and participated in the compilation of more than ten books and textbooks.
